Dr. John C. Park is a participating network provider with Delta Dental of MA Premier & Premier Plus, Cigna Dental PPO, Altus Dental, and the following Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA dental plans:
- Dental Blue (indemnity)
- Dental Blue PPO
- Medicare HMO Blue (Medicare Advantage HMO)
- Medicare PPO Blue (Medicare Advantage PPO)
We submit primary and secondary insurance claims for both participating & non-participating insurances on behalf of our patients. However, patients generally pay less out of pocket when dental providers are participating with their insurance.
* PATIENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL BALANCES AFTER INSURANCE CLAIMS ARE FILED, even when claims are rejected.
